Angusfarm Soběsuky has been proving for years that it is worth going to the countryside for great food. This excellent restaurant is no longer just a steakhouse. The creativity, the best local ingredients, and the passion for cooking that the Chef and his team put into the main courses are extremely evident. They know how to grill meat here, that is for sure. They even have their own butchery, and the meat is aged both dry and wet. The production facility also makes sensational smoked products. The wine selection is excellent. Be sure to try the pancakes or classics such as grilled tripe or tripe soup, which is fantastic here, as are the tartars. Or Angus cheeks – tender, with a rich sauce, steamed vegetables – until soft or al dente, mushrooms, and bacon. The mashed potatoes are silky, and the potatoes are well chosen. Excellent. The local pastry chef creates desserts that suit the village, with a touch of modernity. Here, they do not just pretend to serve local and seasonal cuisine, it is part of every meal. In summer, there can be a bit of trouble with the service, and we would definitely recommend preparing even more dishes from offal, which are simply fantastic here!
