BACKSTAGE RESTAURANT

BACKSTAGE is the thematic name of the restaurant at the music, or rather cultural, Stages Hotel, located right next to the O2 Arena and serving as a base for artists and their admirers. The entire creative concept is tuned to this frequency – the architecture, decor, and menu. At the entrance to the restaurant, you will receive a warm welcome, a view of the open kitchen, and the staff will accompany you to your table. The menu is a cross-section of world cuisine – from poke to burgers to Southern European dishes. The Mozzarella di bufala with roasted caponata was excellent, underscored by the distinctive flavor of vegetables. The rabbit roulade wrapped in pancetta offered two textures of meat, with pomodoro as a seasoning and risotto with wild garlic. The pineapple carpaccio à la piña colada dessert was fantastic both visually and in taste – homemade whipped cream, pineapple strips, excellent.
