Boutique Hotel Soyka Špindlerův Mlýn

In the Giant Mountains, in Špindlerův Mlýn, we discovered a boutique hotel that pays homage to the jay – the guardian of the mountain forests. The stylish renovation of the original building has created an intimate retreat with about 30 rooms, where the mountain atmosphere blends with nature-inspired design. Each space reveals a careful selection of materials and colors evoking the forests of the Giant Mountains. We appreciate the Soyka restaurant, which is a unique place in the city, celebrating Czech mountain gastronomy enhanced by a Josper charcoal grill. The original Highney cocktail bar offers unexpected combinations of signature cocktails. The Anche Spa center with a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and private whirlpool provides perfect relaxation after a day on the slopes.
