Brasileiro Slovanský dům

The restaurant Brasileiro Slovanský dům is located on the busy Na Příkopě street in the center of Prague. It is one of the few restaurants in Prague that offers Brazilian cuisine in an “all you can eat” style. The interior is spectacular. In the first part, you will find an extensive buffet with a rich selection of cold appetizers and salads. The meat is prepared on an open charcoal fire on traditional South American-style “churrasco” skewers. In addition to chicken, homemade sausages, tiger prawns, lamb and veal, the menu also includes picanha, fraldinha, filet, cupim, marucha, alcantara, contra filet and other specialties. At the beginning, you will get pão de queijo buns made from cassava flour, which are delicious on their own or as an accompaniment to the meat and are continuously replenished. The passadors are constantly on their feet, walking around with long skewers and long knives, cutting the meat according to your wishes. The dessert menu includes quindão, Brazilian tiramisu, and passion fruit sorbet with salty nut granola and red pepper.
