Greenhouse

In the city center, on the bank of the Vltava river, the Greenhouse restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Fairmont Hotel. In addition to the entrance through the hotel reception, it also has a separate entrance from Dvořákovo nábřeží. The restaurant specializes in grilled meats and Czech cuisine, however, the menu also includes several Italian dishes. The interior of the restaurant is modern, combining elements of wood, stone, and leather, and is decorated with lots of flowers. On a street that is not entirely quiet, there is a garden with a view of Prague Castle. The cold starters include an excellent tomato tartare, which was perfectly seasoned, with an interesting texture and complemented by basil oil. The roasted cauliflower was well cooked, seasoned with fresh herbs and accompanied by cauliflower purée with truffles. The classic caramel cream puff was also flawless. There is a large selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages to drink. The staff is pleasant and attentive from the moment you arrive until you leave, making your visit to this great restaurant even more enjoyable.
