Hotel Pod Jasany - Le Petit Gourmand

You will not stumble upon the restaurant at the Hotel Pod Jasany, you have to find your way there. The restaurant is one of the constants in Špindlerův Mlýn. It has won over its customers with its honest cuisine focused on traditional French dishes such as snails, foie gras, coq au vin, duck, and desserts such as crêpe Suzette or a selection of cheeses. You should not miss the pancakes for dessert, they are fantastic. This year, we tried an unusual combination of burrata and passion fruit as a starter, and it was very good, we recommend it! The roast veal with truffle sauce and foie gras was so excellent in every way that we would order it again. The staff will happily help you choose the right wine to accompany your meal, either by the glass or by the bottle. You will find wines at very reasonable prices, but you can also order a bottle from the greatest Burgundy giants. The restaurant has friendly service and excellent home cooking, which you can easily enjoy while taking delight in the local panoramas.
