The Miura Restaurant in Čeladná, located in the hotel of the same name, is the pinnacle of gastronomy in the Moravian-Silesian Region and offers a beautiful view of the Beskydy Mountains. The modern, tastefully decorated interior places great emphasis on art, which is absolutely magnificent here. You can see important original works by world-renowned artists. The staff is professional, but sometimes less attentive. The atmosphere is friendly, sophisticated, and unpretentious. Chef Michal Göth's cuisine will elevate you to the heights of gastronomy and is another local artistic gem. Everything is based on seasonal and local ingredients, which are personally selected and prepared with respect. There is a clear emphasis on freshness and precise preparation techniques. You can choose from à la carte or two tasting menus. The creamy soup with saffron was perfect and delicious, and the juicy chicken with carrot purée and pea ragout was complemented by glazed carrots with a wonderful consistency. Everything was rounded off with an excellent shredded pancake with strawberries and rhubarb.
