Penzion Jurášek

Penzion Jurášek offers a pleasant restaurant with original cuisine in the middle of the picturesque Beskydy Hills. The interior of the restaurant is elegant, clean, and cozy, and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful thanks to the views of the greenery. The restaurant staff is friendly and optimistic. The cuisine focuses mainly on classic dishes with modern twist, often with a touch of fine dining. Cooperation with local farmers is a matter of course here. The Chef works with interesting flavor combinations and his dishes are technically superb. The cream soup with dill, potatoes, wild mushrooms and a 63-degree egg was perfectly balanced, and we would definitely order the beef steak with mushroom sauce again. The perfectly cooked, high-quality meat was complemented by very good homemade fries, well done glazed vegetables, and a well-seasoned, hearty mushroom sauce with pieces of mushrooms. The chocolate soufflé made from high-quality chocolate was a great finishing touch. The very good and nicely tart raspberry coulis was complemented by vanilla ice cream. The drinks menu includes wines from the Czech Republic and abroad, champagne, and several sparkling wines.
