PRIME STEAK restaurant

In the outskirts of the city, you will find the PRIME STEAK Restaurant, which maintains high standards, pleasant service, and an enjoyable experience. The staff will not only welcome you, but also show you to the table of your choice and advise you on food and wine. The service is prompt and precisely timed. Right at the start, you will be served a quick amuse bouche with Argentine sirloin on a delicate brioche, which was a wonderful experience – tender, delicate, fresh, and perfectly paired with red wine (we recommend the Czech barrique from Valihrach). Next, you can try a hearty Asian broth in the form of pho bo – fragrant, strong, full-flavored, perfectly balanced, but very spicy. The main course – medium steak with pepper sauce – was rich in flavor, and the fries were crispy and filling. The dessert in the form of a modern bread pudding – French toast with pickled cherries, mascarpone, and crumble – was fabulous, just sweet enough and perfectly balanced with chocolate-flavored coffee.
