This beautiful modern restaurant with one of the most charming and romantic views in Špindlerův Mlýn in the summer months invites you to sit on the terrace. From the terrace, you can see directly onto the ski slope Svatý Petr. The architects were inspired by the original use of the building, which was a cowshed, and the cow motif is repeated several times throughout the interior. The menu focuses on Czech and mountain classics and is complemented by burgers – modern American cuisine. We recommend the cream soup with dill and potatoes or the excellent crispy Viennese veal schnitzel, which comes in a huge portion. The selection of non- -alcoholic beverages is also above standard, which will delight the heart of every driver, as it offers homemade lemonades and non-alcoholic wines, even by the glass.
