The menu changes according to the season and corresponds to the hotel’s location; it is extensive to satisfy the spectrum of guests and casual diners, combining honest Czech classics with international accents. In addition to hearty broth and beef in cream sauce, you will also find French specialties such as onion soup and beef tartare or gratineed mussels. From the appetizers, we recommend the hearty homemade potato soup or the abovementioned gratineed mussels with parsley butter – an elegant combination of flavors and textures. The main courses include a perfectly prepared beef steak with chanterelle sauce, accompanied by potato gratin.
