Zámeček Petrovice

The restaurant Zámeček Petrovice is located in the hotel of the same name near the town of Karviná. The interior is elegant and respects the historical character of the chateau. In the warmer months, outdoor seating is available with a view of the beautifully landscaped chateau park. The staff is attentive, professional, and calm, which suits the environment. Seasonal and local ingredients are used, which are prepared with attention to detail, with modern techniques. You can also enjoy a five-course tasting menu. The beef broth with meat was strong and the liver batter was very tasty. The rabbit saddle with herb stuffing, farm bacon, charred pepper sauce, green asparagus, and potato gratin was fantastic in every way, including the colors and aroma as a bonus. The perfectly made chocolate fondant made from Belgian chocolate with roasted banana ice cream offered great flavors and high-quality chocolate. Zámeček Petrovice is a worthy representative of quality Czech cuisine and deserves the attention of not only regional guests but also more discerning gastronomic tourists.
