Malá Dvorana, run by Chef Ondřej Koráb, is one of the two restaurants in the Grandhotel Pupp in Karlovy Vary. The restaurant is located in the heart of the hotel and is an architectural gem with a glass ceiling and a majestic crystal chandelier. It is dominated by a central bar and the walls are decorated with large format photographs of film stars who have stayed here. The menu offers traditional Czech dishes as well as modern international cuisine. The service is of a high standard, with waiters perfectly familiar with the food and wine offerings, which can then complement the selected dishes perfectly. We recommend the glazed chicory with beetroot, whipped goat‘s cheese and pine nuts, as well as the chicken ballotine with chanterelles, roasted shallots, root vegetables and potato puree, and for dessert the custard tart with blueberry sauce. Although the final seasoning of the dishes could be even at a higher level, the all-day open Malá Dvorana is the ideal place for gastronomy lovers who appreciate not only the precisely prepared food, but also the professional service and unique atmosphere of this iconic hotel.
