The local highlight is a masterfully prepared Angus steak with foie gras, topped with truffles. The crab is also excellent, offering delicious crab meat, furikake sauce, and caviar, which pairs excellently with champagne. The beef tartare with red pepper was interesting, with both ingredients finely diced and accompanied by blanched, super-tender asparagus, but it could have offered more. We must not forget the extensive wine list and desserts, which are among the best in the country. Thus, we highly recommend leaving room in the stomach for them. Currently, do not miss the Valrhona chocolate mousse with sour cherries, which had a beautiful presentation and a delicate, velvety taste of cocoa and chocolate in classic contrast with sour cherries. The terrace is an ideal place for a business lunch, a romantic evening, or a family celebration.
