The Nova Festival of Flavours will transform Prague’s O₂ universum into a paradise for lovers of fine food over the weekend of 17–18 January 2026. Under one roof, twenty top restaurants from across the Czech Republic will be presented. On the main stage, Kristina Kloubková and Roman Staša will host culinary battles featuring leading Czech chefs, headed by Přemek Forejt and Jan Punčochář, on both days. On the adjacent Star Stage, interviews on culinary topics with well-known television personalities will take place.

Among those who have confirmed their participation are actors Zlata Adamovská, Veronika Žilková, Petr Štěpánek, and Adam Vacula; TV news presenters Renáta Czadernová and Veronika Petruchová; comedian Martin Hranáč; fitness coach from Extrémní proměny Martin Košťál; this year’s Bachelor contestants, brothers Míra and Martin Dubovičtí; and the winner of the second season of Hell’s Kitchen Česko. They and other guests will be interviewed by Bára Šimková and Daniel Brabec.

Visitors to the Nova Festival of Flavours will be able to taste dishes from restaurants, many of which are featured in the current edition of the Gault&Millau guide: Angusfarm Soběsuky, Červený Jelen, Dejvická 34, Di Nuovo, Fly Vista, HF Pastry Academy, Grandrestaurant Pupp, Kampa Park, MACE Restaurant, MOLO Restaurant, Myšák, Mlýnec, SaSaZu, Restaurace V Zátiší, Vinograf, and Zumami. Newly joining the festival this year are Alcron Restaurant, Golden Eye, and Greenhouse.

“I’ve visited and eaten at almost all of these restaurants. It seems almost unbelievable to me that in a single weekend you can taste food from so many outstanding restaurants and fantastic chefs. Everyone can create their own gastronomic map of the Czech Republic and get a picture of what our very best venues are like. The icing on the cake, which I am really looking forward to, are the cooking battles, where we will see the chefs from these amazing restaurants in action,” says Roman Staša, who will once again co-host the main stage with Kristina Kloubková this year.

The festival’s partner is the international gastronomic guide Gault&Millau, which will bring two foreign chefs with a high number of culinary “toques” and “stars” to Prague – Stefan Doubek and Martin Ruggieri. They will prepare lunch and dinner for guests in the VIP Gourmet Experience by Gault&Millau zone.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and Ticketportal. More information, including details about the programme, can be found on the festival’s website.
