Amano

The Amano restaurant, like all of Riccardo Lucque’s establishments, offers a pleasant dining experience in a modern yet cozy setting with an Italian atmosphere. It focuses on classic and modern Italian cuisine with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and surprising elements. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by friendly staff who will accompany you throughout your visit with a professional attitude. In addition to the regular à la carte menu and tasting menu, it is also worth trying the daily specials. Here, too, you will discover that the kitchen team pays attention to details. Ravioli with coticcino, hazelnuts, and truffles are proof that this restaurant knows how to complement truffles with the flavors of other ingredients. Lamb saddle on a Nebbiolo wine sauce and a pleasant Vignarola salad bring out simple but intense flavors. The dish also includes sweetbread, which may seem superfluous. Classic desserts are complemented by new elements that are delightful, although there are sometimes too many effects. The wine list offers all regions of Italy, including an international perspective. However, the overall impression of the restaurant is amazing; it is like a visit to Italy in the center of Prague.
