Arthur’s Pub is a hidden gem behind the Florenc bus station. As soon as you walk in, you will be blown away by the beautiful and perfectly coordinated interior. The combination of dark green and gray colors with lots of green flowers is really calming. The restaurant extends around the bar and fireplace to a large room, which opens onto an outdoor garden. The interior is perfect, down to the smallest details. Pleasant English-style music adds to the atmosphere. The staff are well trained and stand out for their natural demeanor and unobtrusive manner. The menu is well suited to the concept of an Irish restaurant and the food is flawlessly prepared. The restaurant sticks to the motto “beauty lies in perfect simplicity”, but a little more creativity would elevate it even further. The burrata had a unique flavor in combination with different types of tomatoes. The pork ribs were tender and well seasoned, with well-prepared vegetables. The chocolate fondant stood out with the amazing taste of mint ice cream, which elevated the dessert to the next level. The wine list is extensive, focusing on various European regions, including a special selection from the Champagne region. Everything is refreshed by the excellent work of the bartender, who prepares cocktails.
