DIVINIS is a stylish restaurant in the very center of Prague, excelling in pleasant and professional service and tastefully and precisely furnished interiors, where guests feel special. The kitchen offers a varied and well thought out menu with an emphasis on seasonal offerings. All dishes are beautifully served, and each dish has its own unique style. The excellent cupcakes with whipped cheese and salmon as an amuse bouche were beautifully served and delicious. The goat cheese and truffle honey mousse with marinated beetroot was excellent and precise. The quail prepared two ways with foie gras and mashed potatoes was perfectly seasoned, and the nocciolato was an excellent dessert to finish. The restaurant is definitely one of the best of its kind and focus in Prague. What is more, everyone here knows exactly what they are doing, even though some may find it a bit pricey. The wine list is really varied, with a large selection by the glass.
