Hotel & Garden U Holubů offers better cuisine year after year. The restaurant is located in a beautiful spot on the outskirts of Čeladná with truly magnificent views that fill you with a very pleasant and calming feeling. The atmosphere is complemented by relaxing ambient music and a nicely and tastefully decorated interior. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The Chef changes the menu according to the season and offers two four-course menus, from which you can choose individual dishes or have the entire menu. In addition, there is a permanent menu with three main courses. The chicken broth with liver dumplings was hearty and flavor-balanced. The roasted sturgeon with pea and potato purée was a really nice dish with perfectly cooked fish. The homemade gingerbread offered an interesting combination with mint ice cream. The food is served with care and the ingredients are local and seasonal. The place is suitable for various occasions; we can imagine spending a whole weekend or enjoying a romantic dinner here.
