Hotel Vista, Podbělka

The restaurant Podbělka is located in the mountain resort Dolní Morava, on the ground floor of a mountain-style accommodation building. The interior is modern, focusing on wood, metal, and stone, beautifully designed, with an airy and bright feel. The borscht was very good, as were the pork pirogi with beetroot purée. The fresh tapioca pudding with an excellent mango flavor was well-balanced and offered a great finish.
