The Soho restaurant is located by the Vltava River and has a calming atmosphere and a beautiful, airy interior. We greatly appreciate the professional approach to the operation itself – the use of tablecloths and table runners, serving tables, waiters wearing gloves and carrying serving trays. It is just a shame that the cloakroom is not available for storing coats to the extent that it could be. The tables are spaced far enough apart so that guests are not disturbed. The composition of the menu captures the authenticity and direction of the restaurant. The drinks menu also encourages guests to sit down with a glass of champagne or a mixed drink without ordering food. The interior and table layout are well suited for such an occasion. We recommend the octopus carpaccio or veal picanha with parsnip purée. The tender meat was perfectly complemented by a rich sauce, and the purée with crisps was simply fabulous. And for dessert, above-average macarons, beautifully served on two-color sugar dust. Soho is gaining and rising higher on its reputation and quality.
