The renovated guesthouse Statek česká lípa in the village of Myslovice near Klatovy continues a long tradition of local hospitality. It is located in the picturesque foothills of the Šumava Mountains and offers accommodation in a stylish village setting with excellent cuisine. In addition to a restaurant with a pleasant terrace and rustic interior, Statek now also offers a guesthouse, conference hall, and a wellness center. The cuisine is based on Czech tradition, but with a modern approach, emphasizing high-quality, seasonal, and local ingredients. In addition to classic dishes, such as sirloin in cream sauce, you will also find creative and interesting dishes like Olomouc cheese mousse with roasted beetroot, nasturtium oil, chicory, and homemade caraway bread roll. It is nice that the menu includes information about local suppliers. The restaurant regularly organizes themed gastronomic events – in the spring, for example, we were able to sample dishes from an asparagus menu, including asparagus risotto with sea bream or delicious refreshing green asparagus ice cream, which perfectly complemented the coffee from the nearby roastery.
