The overall rating and award for a restaurant is not based solely on the Chef, but on the entire team, including the restaurant itself. There are many evaluation criteria that can either ruin or support everyone's efforts. Service is one of them.

Methodology:
The ranking is based on data from inspectors' evaluations in 2024 according to Gault&Millau's global criteria. Restaurants with the best staff in the Czech Republic are ranked according to the highest rating in this category. The number of restaurants listed in each region is proportional to the number of restaurants evaluated in that region. Restaurants in the same location have the same score.
The highest rating in this category in the entire country was awarded to the staff at the Pot au Feu restaurant. Congratulations to all!
