The journey will begin in the second half of May and conclude with its final stop in October. Each participating restaurant has created a distinctive six-course tasting menu especially for this event, accompanied by both wine and non-alcoholic pairings.

All venues have already been announced, with ticket sales for individual dinners being released gradually. Guests can also benefit from a special offer: every third event attended is discounted by 25%. Visitors will know in advance which restaurant they are booking, as each announcement will include not only reservation details, but also information about the restaurant and the team behind the dinner. At the same time, the unique six-course menu will be revealed. Guests will also find practical information on the website, including location details, directions, and the recommended dress code.

About Gault&Millau

The French restaurant guide was founded by journalists Henri Gault and Christian Millau in the 1960s as a reaction to the then-rigid criteria of other guides. They created a flexible rating system combining the toque symbol with a points score, and defined the culinary ten commandments of nouvelle cuisine. Their work earned them a cover of Time magazine in 1980, and their system has helped discover many gastronomic talents. Gault&Millau currently operates in twenty countries worldwide.
