Grandrestaurant - Grandhotel Pupp

The Grandrestaurant at Grandhotel Pupp consists of two halls, whose interiors exude a pleasant atmosphere. The furniture, carpets, and mirror frames all blend together perfectly. Upon entering the restaurant, you will be welcomed by a pleasant hostess who will show you to your table and give you the menu and wine list. You will then be taken care of by a waiter who will offer you a glass of champagne in hand-painted glasses. The menu is based on traditional Czech cuisine, seasonal and local ingredients. From the starters, we recommend the marinated salmon, whose subtle flavor is enhanced by apple and horseradish juice. It is accompanied by a mixed salad with fresh apples and delicious beetroot jelly. Next, try the beef carpaccio with Dutch parsley sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and quail eggs. The whole composition of flavors was crowned with truffle caviar. From the main courses, we recommend the confit duck leg on perfectly seasoned red cabbage with Karlovy Vary dumplings and celery purée, and for dessert, a light and delicate sabayon made from sparkling wine on strawberry compote. The wine list includes wines from Czech wine regions, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain – you can choose for yourself or ask the highly trained staff for advice.
