The metropolis of Haná is already well known for its gastronomy, which is confirmed by the team of Chefs at Long Story Short. In the premises of a former fortress, you will encounter truly creative gastronomy of traditional dishes, which are not pure fine dining, but are aimed at the wider public and a quality taste experience. Although the restaurant is large and full occupancy is reflected in the acoustics, the staff is able to keep track of every detail. The menu is understandable, with the clear signature of the cooks. Although it is varied, we recommend the beautifully strong smoked consommé with gyoza and crispy fried pearl barley. The local bread, of which they must be proud, is an integral part of most dishes. This is also the case with pork neck with pointed cabbage, a little of paprika, and a mild taste of Hungarian sausage. As a pleasant finishing touch, you can combine products from the pastry shop or desserts created specifically for the menu. You will also enjoy the wine pairings or the perfect wine recommendations for each course. It must be said that this is a pleasant gastronomic experience.
