Under the baton of Chef Michal Horváth, the restaurant becomes an experience, making perfect use of traditional and forgotten ingredients. In a pleasant setting away from the busy streets, you can enjoy the beautiful and quiet terraces in summer. The menu is composed with a sense of tradition and innovation so that none of the main ingredients are lost, but rather complement each other. Each item on the menu promises at least one surprise. The trout fish cake appetizer, with its perfect flavor of fennel, bergamot, sour orange vinegar, and pickled shallots, may become the restaurant’s signature dish. The main course always focuses on authenticity, as is the case with the zander and crayfish, baked together in zander foam and complemented by the earthy flavor of black root and caviar. Fans of good old-fashioned porridge can try semolina porridge with chocolate ice cream and churros, which is an international upgrade of the old days and would pleasantly surprise even our parents.
