Nakraji

The Nakraji restaurant, located near the center of Liberec, is situated in a modern complex of buildings by the Lužická Nisa River. The interior is airy and clean, with a clearly visible combination of modern stylish design. The restaurant also offers desserts and pastries to take away, all made in-house. When you open the menu, you will be impressed by the variety and different combinations. Fish and seafood lovers will be in their element here – you will find soft-shell crab, salmon, tuna, and octopus. The addition of chickpeas to the tartare is an interesting and very pleasant combination. The pork pluma was perfectly roasted and absolutely flawless. Here, too, the Chef’s flair for mixing flavors and different ingredients came to the fore – the combination of spicy girasole, herb oil, and confit leek made every bite of this dish absolutely delicious. For dessert, we took the recommendation of the very friendly waitress, who was naturally knowledgeable but unfortunately served the whole restaurant almost alone, and had a chamomile cheesecake with an interesting presentation of frozen cornflakes, which will delight not only cheesecake lovers.
