Next Door continues to maintain high standards and contributes to a pleasant dining experience. You can start your dinner with crayfish soup with Armagnac and ravioli. The strong and delicious broth had a very pleasant creamy consistency, and the espuma on top was both esthetically pleasing and tasty. The ravioli were perfectly cooked al dente. The main course from the special menu, wild boar cutlets with roasted eggplant and Bordelaise sauce, offered delicious meat – tender, juicy, without the typical “wild” flavor, clearly from a young animal. The sauce was beautifully glossy, intense, and well seasoned. The dessert of marinated pears with hazelnut brittle and caramel sauce was one of the most successful dishes. The combination of crunchy brittle, rich caramel sauce, and surprising frozen cream created an excellent harmony of flavors, textures, and temperatures. You will always eat well at Next Door, and the ambience is excellent.
