Resort Kovárna

The restaurant Kovárna is located in a visible spot in a small village overlooking the valley and has ample parking space. The interior of the entire building looks truly authentic, just like an old smithy. Lights are scattered throughout the darker corridors, and burning candles are placed in some spots, giving the original interior an incredible atmosphere. The restaurant has two glass walls overlooking the valley, and the space is beautifully lit. The staff were attentive and natural. The grilled asparagus in Parma ham with potato croquette as a starter stood out for its seasonality – tasty asparagus, excellent hollandaise sauce, confit egg yolk, and crispy potato croquette with cheese, all beautifully balanced. The pork tenderloin as the main course was well roasted and crusty, complemented by a great mushroom sauce. The mascarpone and chocolate cream stood out in its presentation and was a pleasant end to the visit.
