Restaurace André

On the edge of the wine-growing village of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and in close proximity to the wine trail, you will find the André Restaurant, which is part of the guesthouse of the same name. The extensive garden, spread out in terraces on a slope and complemented by its own rose garden, easily transports visitors to Tuscany with its atmosphere. There is an indoor area and a covered terrace. A practical bonus is the private parking lot. In addition to the classics, the drink menu includes excellent grapefruit lemonade. The wine list is based exclusively on the own wine production of Šlechtitelská stanice. The menu is clear and balanced. From the appetizers and soups, we recommend the chicken broth with meat and noodles or the cream of roasted peppers and tomatoes with Parmesan cheese. From the main courses, the sea bass with cauliflower purée, herb crumble, and pickled cauliflower is particularly appealing. Desserts include homemade tiramisu and traditional apricot dumplings. The dishes are very tasty, the service is at a good pace, and the presentation will please even the most discerning eye. The André restaurant offers a pleasant experience in an environment where gastronomy blends with the charm of the Moravian wine region.
