Restaurace Ryzlink

The Ryzlink Restaurant is part of the hotel of the same name and offers a unique combination of excellent cuisine and a beautiful location, almost at the foot of Svatý kopeček. Seating is located under a spacious pergola, which can be closed in winter, allowing the restaurant to operate year-round. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. The cuisine is based on local ingredients and traditional recipes, which are served in a modern and imaginative way. The menu is balanced, clear, and tempting. Occasionally, there are fresh international inspirations, but they always make sense and fit beautifully into the whole. The beef tartare with truffle mayonnaise and toast stood out with its elegant presentation and balanced flavors. The Dutch schnitzel made from veal, pork belly, and mature Gouda was served with creamy mashed potatoes, nut butter, and carrot salad. This traditional pub dish was elevated to a top-notch experience full of juiciness, fluffiness, and harmonious flavors. The deconstructed Pavlova dessert was characterized by crunchiness, the freshness of peaches, the tartness of raspberries and aronia berries, and the creaminess of mascarpone – it was a light, fresh, and visually impressive end to the visit.
