The concept was created by brothers Khanh and Giang Ta, and their experiential form of dining remains a key element – the open kitchen surrounded by a bar counter for 20 guests dominates the space, allowing you to watch every step of the food preparation, reminiscent of a theatrical performance with the aroma of coriander and citrus. The interior combines minimalism with Asian elegance and pays homage to Vietnamese rice fields. Soft natural materials, warm wood tones, dark stone elements, and subtle lighting create a calm and sophisticated space. The menu is exclusively tasting, consisting of eight courses and changing according to the season. It combines familiar and unexpected ingredients, such as sea zander with kumquat, freshwater shrimp, steamed dumplings with truffles, and duck in various forms served in the center of the table, which is a reference to traditional Vietnamese dining.
