The interior of the restaurant is decorated with wood, giving it a clean, minimalist, and calm feel. It is not unnecessarily flashy, but natural and cozy. The dominant feature of the space is a large bar, where you will be intrigued by the jars of fermented foods on display – a small detail that suggests that the cooks here think about food with respect and care. Overall, the restaurant has a casual and friendly atmosphere, without any attempt at ostentation. The menu draws on traditional Czech cuisine, but avoids heavy sauces and unnecessary complexity. It is clear that the emphasis is on high-quality ingredients, often sourced from local farms, and this is evident in the taste and presentation of the dishes. The menu changes according to the season and is well balanced. The aged meats, prepared on the grill, stand out in particular, as they are honestly prepared and precise in taste. We recommend the excellent smoked trout, aged chicken with choron sauce, where the quality of the ingredients clearly stands out, and finally, a sponge cake with lemon cream. The selection of beers, which come from local breweries and are of excellent quality, is also a pleasant surprise.
