The concept of a modern brewery combining craft beer and a clean, simple interior is complemented by a menu featuring traditional Czech pub classics with a modern twist. The staff are attentive and responsive. From the small dishes, we recommend the DIRTY CHIP fries – crispy fries with smoked cracklings, cheddar sauce, and roasted garlic mayonnaise. Equally good is the bao bun with crispy pork belly, spinach, and garlic mayonnaise. You will always find four regulars and a few specials on tap. We particularly recommend the bottom-fermented semi-dark lager.
