FUZE

Fuze is a pleasant brewery in the very center of Prague. Its modern interior complements its large capacity, and the atmosphere matches the location and the hustle and bustle around it. Expect everything that such establishments usually offer – groups of noisy tourists celebrating life, people who just want to sit down and eat in a nice environment with a menu that suits them. From the seasonal menu, we tried the medium-roasted duck breast with sauce made from wild strawberries and wine, almond croquette, and Brussels sprouts. The duck was juicy and tender thanks to the high quality of the meat. Everything else on the plate was excellent – beautifully prepared and well-balanced in flavor. The dessert was also very good. And that is something you really appreciate in such a busy place as a brewery.
