Kantýna

Kantýna is a canteen in the true sense of the word – fast, busy, no reservations, with food served on trays and often eaten standing up, especially in the evenings. The establishment combines a butcher’s shop and a restaurant, with the menu dominated by Chester beef, Přeštice pork, and smoked meats made according to recipes from the First Republic. Pulled pork, braised beef brisket, slow-cooked shoulder with chili butter, pulled beef shank, flank steak, and aged beef burger – all the meat was excellent, full of flavor, properly prepared, and without unnecessary frills.
