The restaurant V Zátiší can be found in a quiet street near the Bethlehem Square. The creamy sauce is beyond reproach, and the truffle is grated just at the table. For dessert, try the chocolate ganache with sour cherries and sour cream, the fruit provides a perfectly balanced acidity here. The wine list, which offers wines from all over the world, enables pairing for each course. Fantastic gastronomy with beautiful plating, varied flavors and colors would be enhanced by refining of the textures of some of the dishes.
